Just Schuermann is the leader of BCG's Marketing, Sales & Pricing Practice in Europe and is also a core member of BCG's Consumer Goods and Retail Practice. He is a topic expert in Digital Transformation, Pricing and Commercial Transformation. He supports clients worldwide in setting their strategic agenda and transforming their value chains to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Recent focus topics include: digital transformation, omnichannel pricing and trade trade terms, commercial transformation and digital marketing.
Just Schuermann joined the Munich office of BCG in 1996. From 1998 to 2000, he worked out of BCG's Madrid office. Before joining the firm, he worked for two years with Siemens AG as a trainee in industrial management. Just holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Passau, Germany. He spent part of his undergraduate studies in Finance at the London School of Economics.
