Sentiamo sempre più spesso parlare di Unified Commerce, ma di cosa si tratta? In poche parole, è la logica progressione delle strategie omnichannel, che a loro volta potrebbero essere definite come un’ottimizzazione del cross-channel, che collega tra di loro canali fisici e digitali. Oggi un negozio connesso è in continua trasformazione, al contempo è: un punto vendita, un centro click&collect, uno showroom, un community store, etc. Avanade e Orckestra aiutano le aziende nella transizione verso l’Unified Commerce definendo e implementando una strategia omnichannel. As the VP, Global Partners & Alliances, Kais is responsible for building Orckestra’s partner community for the Overture e-commerce platform suite of products and associated services. Kais is also involved in supporting major accounts by bringing strategic thought leadership and overseeing key activities. Kais brings 15 years of experience in digital technology to the team; his insights include business and marketing strategies and consumer experience design and behavior. Prior to joining Orckestra, Kais held the position of VP, Strategic Partnership at Nurun (a global full service interactive agency), where he led and managed major accounts and partnerships in the travel, retail, distribution, media, manufacturing and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sectors. Kais is a digital native; he is passionate about new technology and with his keen business acumen and strong analytical capabilities, he is an invaluable member of Orckestra’s leadership team. Fluent in 5 languages, Kais enjoys traveling the world and exploring new cultures. Kais graduated from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal) with an MBA in Technology Management and a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in International Marketing.

In Avanade since 2001, Roberto Chinelli has been assigned to various roles and positions within the company, from Senior Architect to Client Manager, up to his appointment in 2005 as Chief Technology Officer, with an active role in the European structure of the company. From 2010 to 2012, Roberto Chinelli has covered the role of Application Development Service Line Director and then a double role as Data&Analytics Service Line Director and Innovation&Incubation Team Director. Currently, Roberto is Chief Technology Innovation Officer of Avanade Italy. Previously to his arrival in Avanade, Roberto Chinelli has been working in Microsoft Italia as Support Engineer in the division “product support”. He has an unbridled passion for technology and design that drive him to develop devices and innovative software when he’s off work. Roberto Chinelli has achieved a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
